Bird of Paradise Fizz
Ingredients
Un bianco d'uovo
1/4 di succo di limone
3/4 di gin
mezzo cucchiaio di zucchero
Instructions
Agitare vigorosamente, con ghiaccio, nello shaker. Riempire per ¾ il tumbler stretto sul cui fondo ci siano già cubetti di ghiaccio, aggiungere soda e mescolare dolcemente con l’apposito cucchiaino. Decorare infine con scorze di limone e di arancia.
