La tequila deve essere buona, io personalmente trovo adatta la Montezuma ma anche Cuervo e Sauza vanno bene, evitare di scendere al disotto, una stilla di Cointreau e, mi raccomando, "ghiacciare" il bicchiere con sale fino "appiccicato" bagnando l'orlo con una fetta di limone.
