Brandy Flip
Ingredients
6 cubetti di ghiaccio
2 rossi d’uovo
4 cucchiaini di zucchero
2 bicchieri (da cocktail) di brandy
noce moscata
Instructions
Mettere il ghiaccio nello shaker insieme con i tuorli d’uovo, lo zucchero, il brandy e scuotere con decisione. Versare nel bicchiere da flip e spolverizzare con noce moscata grattugiata al momento.
