Sembra una domanda a trabocchetto :-) La sangria originale dovrebbe essere fatta solo con vino rosso *corposo*, acqua *non gassata* (originariamente acqua di pozzo) ed arance amare spaccate e messe a mollo; poi qualcuno ci aggiunge chiodi di garofano ed altro... penso che la ricetta originale vada più che bene anche sostituendo le arance amare con arance dolci, ma a mio avviso è essenziale che il vino sia robusto, altrimenti si sciacqua troppo :-)
